Montieren des Buskabels
1. Isolieren Sie das Buskabel gemäß Bild I ab.
2. Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse des Busanschlusssteckers, indem Sie die Gehäuseschrauben
lösen und den Deckel entfernen.
3. Drücken Sie das Buskabel in die Zugentlastung
(Kabelschirm muß blank auf Metallführung liegen).
4. Legen Sie die Adern in die Führungen
Beachten Sie dabei, daß immer die gleichen Adern am gleichen Anschluß A oder B
angeschlossen werden (Empfehlung: Anschluss A mit grünem Draht verdrahten und
Anschluß B mit rotem Draht).
5. Drücken Sie die rote und grüne Ader mit dem Daumen leicht in die Schneidklemmen.
6. Schrauben Sie den Deckel wieder fest.

Note:
You can only use the PROFIBUS bus connector up to 1.5 MBaud with terminating connector for the
ET 200iS with a PROFIBUS-DP Ex i-interface.

Installing the bus cable
1. Strip the ends of the bus cable as shown in Fig. I.
2. Open the housing of the bus connector by slacking securing screws
and lifting off the cover.
3. Press the bus cable into the strain relief device
(check that cable shield makes metal-to-metal contact with the guide).
4. Place the cable cores in the guides over the cutting terminals .
Make sure that the same core is always connected to the same terminal A or B
(Recommendation: connect green core to terminal A and red core to terminal B).
5. Apply light thumb pressure to the red and green cores to press them against the cutting terminals.
6. Place the cover in position and retighten the securing screws.
