Starting

1. Set the Economy switch to off
2. Turn the fuel dial to 'ON'
3. Fully pull out the choke lever (choke is not required to start a warm engine)
4. Turn the key to the right in the key ignition barrel to the 'START' position.

Stopping

1. Turn off any electrical devices
2. Turn the economy switch to 'OFF'
3. Disconnect any electrical devices
4. Turn the key in the ignition barrel to the 'OFF' position
5. Turn the fuel dial to 'OFF'

Battery charging

1. The battery for electric start is located behind the left panel and will
require charging when low. To access, remove the 6 bolts holding the
side panel in place.
2. Disconnect the battery and remove from the generator.
3. With the supplied charging cable, plug in to the DC terminal on the
front panel. Attach the black wire to the negative terminal on the
battery, red to positive.
4. Follow the start up procedure.
