zur Behandlung und Pflege der
elektrischen Personen- und
Schnellzug-Lokomotiven
SE 800, SEW 800, SEWH 800
und RES 800
Spur HO
Die SE 800 ist eine modellgetreue Wiedergabe
des Vorbildes der Lokomotive E 44 der Deutschen
Bundesbahn, während die SEW 800 einen Loko-
motivkörper nach französischen
und
belgischen,
die SEWH 800 nach holländischen und die RES 800
nach schweizerischen Vorbildern hat. Alle vier
Lokomotiven sind 4achsig mit der vereinfachten
Achsfolge 1' B 1'. Die beiden inneren Achsen wer-
den
von
dem Motor angetrieben,
die
beiden
äußeren sind zur Erhöhung der Kurvenbeweglich-
keit in je einem Laufgestell gelagert, deren Rahmen
2achsige Drehgestelle andeuten.
Zur Verbesserung
der
Fahreigenschaften wurde
bei
den
Lokomotiven
die
vordere Kupplungs-
schlaufe weggelassen.
Bei Beachtung der nachstehenden Punkte werden
diese formenschönen Lokomotiven jahrelang durch
störungsfreies Arbeiten
und
ständige Betriebs-
bereitschaft Freude bereiten.
Umschaltung
für Vor- und Rückwiirtsfahrt
Der
Fahrrichtungswechsel erfolgt wie bei allen
mit Perfektschaltung ausgerüsteten Lokomotiven
durch kurzes Drücken auf den Umschaltknopf am
Transformator. Hierbei wird vorübergehend Strom
mit höherer Spannung eingeschaltet, wodurch die
Schaltwalze sich jeweils um eine Stellung weiter-
dreht.
Die vier Schaltstellungen sind:
Fahrt vorwärts
Halt mit brennendem Licht
Fahrt rückwärts
Halt mit brennendem Licht

La locomotive SE 800 est la
réplique en miniature de son prototype E 44 des
Chemins de Fer Fédéraux allemands, tandis que la SEW 800 possède un corps
du type français et
belge, la
SEWH 800
un
corps du type
hollandais et la
RES
800
est une
imitation des locomotives
suisses. Ces 4 locomotives

toutes à 4 essieux disposés dans l'ordre simplifié 1' B 1'. Les deux essieux
intérieurs sont entraînés par le moteur, tandis que chacun des deux essieux
extérieurs repose, pour accroître la sécurité de marche dans les virages, sur
un châssis imitant parfaitement un bogie Ci 2 essieux.
Dans l'intérêt d'une marche impeccable de ces locomotives, nous avons supprimé
la boucle d'attelage antérieure.
En respectant consciencieusement les points ci-après, le fonctionnement im-
peccable de ces ravissantes locomotives et leur rapide mise en service réser-
veront aux amis de nos chemins de fer miniature une joie toujours renouvelée,
pendant de longues années.

SE 800, SEW 800, SEWH 800
and RES 800
Gauge HO
The locomotive SE 800 is a true-to-scale imitation
of its full-size prototype, the locomotive E 44 of
the German Federal Railway, whereas the body
of Model SEW 800 is patterned after French and
Belgian, that of Model SEWH after Dutch, and
that of Model RES 800 after Swiss models. Each
of these locomotives has 4 axles arranged in the
simplified order of 1' B 1'. The two inner axles
are driven by the motor, while each of the two
outer axles is carried in a bogie for greater
manceuvreability in curves, the frames of these
bogies conveying the impression of four-wheel
bogies.
In the interest of improving their running proper-
ties, the front coupling link has been omitted on
these locomotives.
If the following instructions are complied with,
these smartly styled engines will give years of
trouble-free service and constant readiness for
operation.
Reversing
As with all engines equipped with "Perfect" Re-
verse, reversing is effected by briefly pressing the
push-button on the transformer. A higher voltage
current is thereby switched in temporarily and
the switch drum caused to turn, in the sequence
stated, to the next of the following operative
positions:
Forward travel
Stop with headlights on
Backward travel
Stop with headlights on
