1. Why are the lights on the control panel turned off and the pump is beeping?
Answer: This happens when the TEST button has been pressed.
Action: Restart the pump - unplug and plug in the pump.

2. Why is the control panel not working?
Answer: The control panel has an auto-lock, which is activated after 5 minutes of inactivity. The LED display has one
icon: If the lock icon is highlighted, the control panel is locked.

3. Why is the control panel displaying
Answer: The water flow sensor is not in the correct position or it is broken.
Action:
• Unplug the pump and with one hand, hold the pump and the other hand hit the pump three times strong enough to
shake the internal components.

4. Why is the control panel displaying
Answer: The system doesn't detect water flowing through the pump.
Action: Restart the pump – unplug and plug in the pump. Put your hand in front of the upper valve inside of the spa and
push the Water Filter Button. Check if water is flowing from the pump.
• If no water is flowing from the pump:
1. Check if the stopper caps were removed from the inlet/outlet ports.
2. Check if the filter cartridges are dirty.
3. Check if the pipes are plugged.
• If water flows from the inlet pipe and the pump still displays

5. Why is the control panel displaying
Answer: The water temperature is lower than 4ºC.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE SPA IF THE PUMP DISPLAYS THIS ALARM.
Action: Check the water temperature with a thermometer.
• If the water temperature is lower than 4ºC, unplug the pump and wait until the water temperature reaches 6ºC, and
restart the pump.
• If the water temperature is over 7ºC, restart the pump – unplug and plug in the pump. If the pump still displays
the temperature sensor is broken. Please contact your local Bestway Aftersales Service point to get instructions.
6. Why is the control panel displaying
Answer: The water temperature is over 50ºC.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE SPA IF THE PUMP DISPLAYS THIS ALARM.
Action: Check the water temperature with a thermometer.
• If the water temperature is between 40ºC and 50ºC or higher, unplug the pump and wait until the water temperature
drops to 38ºC. You can then restart the pump.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE SPA IF THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS OVER 40ºC.
• If the water temperature is lower than 45ºC, restart the pump – unplug and plug in the pump. If the pump still displays
the temperature sensor is broken. Please contact your local Bestway Aftersales Service point to get instructions.
