˜ Setting the speed by ON/OFF
switch (see fig. E)
NOTE
The ON/OFF switch has a variable speed
u
control .
You cannot change the speed setting
u
during continuous operation .
Press the ON/OFF switch 5 lightly for a low
 
speed .
Increase the pressure to increase the speed .
 
˜ Speed pre-selection
(see fig. F)
The product can be preset to desired rotational
speed from level 1 to 6 for mixture of different
viscosity .
Set the desired speed using the speed control dial

NOTE
Always start from lowest speed setting,
u
level 1, then increase the pre-selected
speed until best mixing effect is achieved .
˜ Working with the mixer
Dip the universal stirrer 4 into the material
 
you want to mix at a low speed .
Once the spiral 4a is completely immersed in
 
the material you can increase the speed .
During mixing, move the universal stirrer 4
 
through the mixing container and continue
mixing until the material is thoroughly mixed .

˜ After use
1 . Switch the product off . Disconnect the product
from the mains and let it cool down .
2 . Check, clean and store the product as
described below .

Always switch the product off,
disconnect it from the mains and let the
product cool down before performing
inspection, maintenance and cleaning
work!
˜ Cleaning
The product must always be kept clean, dry
 
and free from oil or grease . Remove debris
from it after each use and before storage .
Regular and proper cleaning will help ensure
 
safe use and prolong the life of the product .
Inspect the product before each use for worn
 
and damaged parts . Do not operate it if you
find broken and worn parts .
Never allow fluids to get into the product .
 
Clean the product with a dry cloth . Use a
 
brush for areas that are hard to reach .
In particular clean the air vents after every
 
use with a cloth and brush .
Remove stubborn dirt with high pressure air
 
(max . 3 bar) .
Remove the universal stirrer 4 from the
 
agitator shaft 3 (Fig . C, D) . Clean the
universal stirrer 4 with water .
