Assembly instructions
1. Turn the trampoline over so that the jumping surface is up-side down.
• You will notice there are plastic caps covering to threads where you should screw the legs.
Remove these caps and discard.
2. Locate the trampoline legs and screw firmly using fingers.
3. Turn the trampoline back over and you are ready to jump.

Getting started

Always warm up throughly before starting your workout. Do at least five minutes of stretching and
bending to help prevent muscle pulls and strains.
Begin by training every other day on the mini trampoline. After several weeks start training five
days a week. Rebounding is best performed by timing each exercise or combination of exercises.
Start gradually and continue step by step.
Remember how much fun was jumping on the bed when you were a kid? Exercising on a mini
trampoline will bring you back to your childhood. This enjoyable exercise, also referred to as
rebounding, is gentle for your joints while still giving a good workout. Your mini trampoline exercise
routine can be as intense as you want it to be.
You will need some time to adjust to bouncing on a mini trampoline. One person may need a week
to get used to balancing on a mini trampoline, while another may only need a day. You should
wear comfortable, non-slip shoes. Some people prefer to go just barefoot. Be cautious, though,
because exercising without wearing shoes may increase the likehood of your foot injury.
When starting, as with any form of exercise, you should first do a warm-up. For a beginner,
rebounding should be done at a slow-to-moderate pace. Only use the mini trampoline for a few
minutes at a time to allow your muscles to get used to the exercise. The following five rebounding
exercises will let you smiling and sweating at the same time.
