Replacing canister

1. Pause therapy by pressing the Start/Pause Therapy
2. Disconnect the dressing from the canister tubing as described in the
"Disconnecting your dressing" section.
3. Release the canister clips on both sides of the device. Pull the canister
away from the device.
4. Discard the canister and canister tubing as one piece. Disposal of
used canister should follow local guidelines relating to the handling
of potentially infected or bio-hazardous materials. Please contact your
healthcare provider for details regarding disposal.
5. Remove the paper tape from around the new canister tubing and release
the tubing to full length.
6. Open canister clips on both sides of the canister.
7. Position the canister so that the viewing window is facing forward. Push
the canister gently over the inlet port on the bottom of the device.
8. Engage both canister clips. The clips will click when properly engaged.
9. Reconnect tubing and resume therapy as described in the "Reconnecting
your dressing" section.
Note: Check canister for any signs of cracks or damage. If noted, discard and
replace canister.
