4. RENASYS™ TOUCH device operation
Your healthcare provider will set the device therapy settings based on your
prescribed therapy. You will be instructed on how often to run the device and
when to notify your healthcare provider.
Your healthcare provider will setup the device based on the RENASYS TOUCH
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Instructions for Use.
Your prescribed therapy settings will be displayed on the touchscreen. There
is a lock on the device that may be set by your healthcare provider to avoid
changes to your prescribed therapy. Do not change the therapy settings
prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Turning On/Off the device

Press and hold the Power button below the touchscreen for 2 seconds to
power On the RENASYS TOUCH device.
The touchscreen will illuminate and begin the start up sequence: the
Smith & Nephew start up screen will display, the status indicator will flash
yellow then green, the device will sound an audible tone, and the Welcome
screen will display. The Home screen will display after the startup sequence is
complete.

To power Off the RENASYS TOUCH device, press and hold the Power
button below the touchscreen for 2 seconds.
