Thoroughly clean the spray stylus
ately after use. Otherwise the paint can dry
and cause problems during the next use.
Rinse out the spray stylus
water. Do the same with the mini paint spray
gun.
Note: should the compressor's air duct be
dirty, remove the sucked in dirt using a dry
cloth.
ATTENTION!
Never submerge the paint spray gun in solvents.
After each use, spray thinner (only in the open
air – danger of explosion!) or water through
the device.
Use a cleaning brush or a cloth. to clean the
casing, the nozzle head and the spray holes
contained within. Never use petrol, solvents or
cleaning agents that attack plastic.
First screw out the material amount regulation
screw by turning in an anticlockwise direction.
Remove the spring.
Remove the needle using pliers (see Figure A).
Clean the needle carefully using the brush
(tooth / nail brush) (see Figure B).
Put the needle back in the paint spray gun.
Place the spring on the end of the needle.

gun by turning in an anticlockwise direction.

Remove the filter as shown in Figure C and
clean this with a tooth / nail brush.
Also clean the gravity flow cup's inner screw
thread using a tooth or nail brush (see Figure D).
Insert the filter back into the gun (see Figure C)
and screw the gravity flow cup tight in a clock-
wise direction.
For rust protection you can spray sewing
machine oil through the device after cleaning.
For this purpose, spray sewing machine oil in
through the spray gun.
Oil all moving parts regularly to ensure the
smooth operation of the device.
After cleaning the needle, the thread and seal
must be lightly greased.
Do not use any lubricants containing silicone.
Only store pneumatic tools in dry areas.
