• Kondensatzulauf wieder öffnen!
• Mindestbetriebsdruck 0,5 bar!
Normalzustand:
• Grüne LED "NETZ" leuchtet:
Spannung o.k., BEKOMAT in Betrieb
• Gelbe LED "VENTIL" leuchtet:
Füllstand erreicht
 Ventil öffnet,
Kondensat wird ausgeschleust
Die Ventil-Öffnungszeit variiert sensorge-
steuert (abhängig von der Abfließge-
schwindigkeit).
Nach Kondensat-Ausschleusung:
- BEKOMAT ist maximal entleert
- Ventil schließt rechtzeitig
- Kein unnötiger Druckluftverlust
Störungsfall ALARM:
• Rote LED "ALARM" leuchtet:
 Kondensat fließt nicht ab
• Alarmrelais zur Störmeldung hat ge-
schaltet
• Ventil öffnet alle 4 Minuten, um Störung
selbsttätig zu beheben
Mögliche Störungs-Ursachen:
• Druck zu gering, um Ventil zu öffnen
• Kondensatanfall zu hoch
 siehe "Anwendungsbereich"
• Zu- bzw. Ablaufleitung verstopft oder
gesperrt
• Schmutzanfall zu extrem (Ventil ver-
stopft)
• Magnetventil defekt
 siehe "Wartung"
• Rohrleitung eingefroren
• Installation nicht ordnungsgemäß
 siehe "Installation"
Der Alarm wird automatisch zurückge-
nommen, wenn die Störung behoben ist.

Betrieb / Operation

• Open condensate inflow!
• Minimal operating pressure 0.5 bar!
Working Mode:
• Green LED "POWER" lights up:
Voltage ok, BEKOMAT in operation
• Yellow LED "VALVE" lights up:
Liquid level is reached:
 valve opens
condensate will be discharged
Opening-time of valve is sensor con-
trolled (depends on outflow velocity)
After discharging of condensate:
- BEKOMAT completely drained
- valve will close tightly
- no wasting of compressed air
ALARM Mode:
• Red LED "Alarm" lights up:
 condensate will not be discharged
• fault signal (caused by alarm relay)
• every 4 minutes valve opens to clear
fault by itself
Possible causes:
• Pressure too low
• Excessive condensate quantities (over-
loading)

• Shut off or blocked feed or outlet line
• Extreme amount of dirt particles (valve
or tank blocked)
• Solenoid valve defect
 see "Maintenance"
• Frozen piping
• Installation not correct
 see "Installation"
Alarm will automatically reset if fault is
cleared.
