CONTROL SYSTEM
ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE AXLE
LINK (F8CW)
NOTE:
Before adjusting the throttle axle link,make
sure that the throttle control cable is
properly adjusted.
1. Check:
Throttle axle link


Bend/damage
Incorrect position
2. Adjust:
Throttle axle link


Adjusting steps:
(1)Loosen lock screw 1.
(2)Operate the control lever of the remote
control box to the fully open position
and put the stopper portion
pulley 2 in contact with the stopper

(3)Hold so that the rear side face
free axle lever 4 is in contact with the
actuating portion
(4)Turn throttle lever 5 fully clockwise
until it stops, then tighten lock screw

Lock screw:
1.5 N m (0.15 kgf


(5)Operate the control lever of the remote
control box to the fully open position
and fully closed position, and check
that carburetor throttle link 5 opens
and closes fully.
If it does not move properly, carry out
the above procedure again.

Adjust.
