Using an EOS C300 Mark II Camera with Cinema Lock
After replacing the EF lens mount of a Canon Digital Camera EOS C300 Mark II with an EF lens mount with Cinema Lock, the way
to attach and remove a lens will be different from the explanations in the Instruction Manual of the EOS C300 Mark II. Refer to these
instructions to use the Cinema Lock.
IMPORTANT
• When you replace the lens mount of an EOS C300 Mark II PL camera with an EF lens mount with Cinema Lock: The Dual Pixel CMOS AF
function has to be adjusted at a Canon Service Center* (for a fee) before you can use the camera's autofocus functions or the
Dual Pixel Focus Guide.
* Except for cameras for which this adjustment has been performed previously.
Attaching and Removing an EF Lens
The precautions to follow when attaching/removing a lens are the same as explained in the Instruction Manual. Refer to
the Lens
in the Instruction Manual (A 35).
