3. If the dimension of the new cutting blade is in the
same range, move the gearbox lever to the correct
position. Refer to the operator's manual for the
product.
4. If the dimension of the new cutting blade is not in the
same range, replace these parts as shown on the
display: the gearbox pulleys, the blade shaft pulleys,
the blade shaft flanges, the blade guard and the
cutting blade. Refer to
information on page 4 for descriptions of the parts of
the table.

5. If it is necessary for the selected configuration, also
move the gearbox lever to the correct position. Refer
to the operator's manual for the product.
Regeneration
For more information about regeneration, refer to the
operator's manual for the product.
To do a regeneration
It is not necessary to wait until the warning symbols
show on the display before you do a regeneration. A
regeneration can be started manually to prevent engine
problems. On model FS5000 D, a new regeneration can
be started after 50 hours. On models FS7000 D,
FS7000 DL and FS7000 DMT, it is necessary to use the
Deutz servicing tool SERDIA.
1. Move the product to a location with sufficient airflow.
2. Make sure that the fuel level is sufficient for the
specified operation time at high engine load.
WARNING: For products that do not
have a blade clutch, the cutting blade
starts to rotate when the engine starts.
