Maintenance and repair

Maintenance and repair of the pump must be made
outside the hazardous area only.
Thoroughly flush and drain the pump before disassembly.
To completely drain the pump, it must be put upside down
(pump legs to the top).
The ball valves will then open and the liquid chambers
will drain by the outlet ports.
Do not return a pump to the factory or service center
that still contains any liquid, especially hazardous ones.
Make sure to enclose a safety data sheet of the liquid
being pumped to each pump that is returned to the factory.
