Care and maintenance
Observe the instructions in the section entitled "Safety".
After using the device 50 times or at least once a year:
•
Unscrew the pump [2] from the tank. (Fig. 6)
•
Dismantle the pump [2]. (Fig. 14)
Grease the diaphragm [12]. (Fig. 15)

Assemble the pump.
Grease the O-ring [11] (Fig. 15)
•
•
Lock the piston rod with handle [9] and screw the pump [2] into the tank [1]. (Fig. 8)
•
Clean the nozzle [14] under running water. (Fig. 19)
•
Remove the filter [16] between nozzle [14] and spray wand [24]. (Fig. 20a)
•
Clean the filter [16] under running water.
•
Unscrew the handgrip [19] from the shut-off valve [4].
•
Remove the filter [26] and clean it under running water. (Fig. 20b)
•
Disassemble the shut-off valve [4]. (Fig. 21)
a) Pull off the ring [21].
a) Loosen the four screws and pull the half shells [20] apart.
b) Screw the sealing cap [23] from the valve body [20] and pull the pressure bolt [18] from
the valve body [22]. (Fig. 22)
•
Grease the O-rings [17]. (Fig. 22)
•
Assemble the shut-off valve [4].
Observe the legal requirements of your country for accident prevention and check
the device in regular intervals.
Unless otherwise specified, we recommend that an expert carries out an external
test every 2 years and an internal test every 5 years as well as a strength test every
10 years.

Use only original spare and accessory parts.
Fault
No pressure builds up in the
device
Liquid flows out of the pump
No tank pressure indication on
the piston pressure gauge.
Safety valve blows off too early.
