4. Installation and connection

● If you observe the following points, you can install the device inside
the sauna:
– Install the device as far away from the sauna heater, infrared lamps
or other heat sources as possible.
– Do NOT install the device on or right next to the sauna heater or
other heat source.
– The maximum installation height in a sauna cabin is 140 cm.
– The maximum installation height in an infrared cabin is 170 cm.
– No insulating material (such as mineral wool) may be located behind
the device.
– The ambient conditions (see 9. Technical data on page 17) must
be observed.
● Only the supplied extension cord may be used to extend the mains cable.
