Problem
The dispenser does not close
It is difficult to install the
dispensing unit on the keg
Not enough foam
is produced while

Cause
The dispensing unit is not
correctly installed and pro-
trudes from the dispenser
The keg tap was not moistened
prior to tapping
The beer is too cold
There are grease, washing-up
Liquid or residues in the glass
The glass is too warm
The glass is dry
The beer is too cold
The beer tube is not clean
The beer was incorrectly shock-
chilled prior to using the beer
dispenser
The plug is not plugged into the
mains socket The main switch is
set to "0"
The 5 liter party keg is empty
Pump regulator is closed
The keg tap is not fitted.
The keg is not correctly tapped.
The tap handle is not correctly
installed
The 5 liter party keg is not cold

Solution
Install the dispensing unit
correctly
Wet the keg tap with cold water
Allow the keg to stand in the
dispenser For while. The
temperature is then Corrected
by the unit
Wash the glass thoroughly and
subsequently rinse with cold
Rinse the glass with cold water
Rinse the glass with cold water
Allow the keg to stand in the
dispenser
For while. The temperature is
then Corrected by the unit
Clean the dispensing unit
Use a correctly chilled keg
Plug the plug into the mains
socket Set the main switch to
"I"
Place a new 5 liter party keg in
the dispenser
Open the pump regulator
Screw the keg tap to the dis-
pensing unit. Tap the keg cor-
rectly
Install the tap handle correctly
The beer does not flow freely
out of the tube
Allow the 5 liter party keg to
stand in the beer dispenser for
a while
Open the beer tap fully
