Troubleshooting guide

The main unit does not
display temperature and
humidity readings from
the outdoor sensor/s.
The main unit does not
register any rainfall when
it rains.
The main unit is not
registering any wind
speed readings.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local authority.
• Check the batteries and replace if necessary.
• Hold in [ CHANNEL ] to scan for a signal from
the sensor/s.
• Make sure that the distance between the sensor and
the main unit is not too far.
• Make sure that the signal is not blocked by furniture.
• Press [ RESET ] to reset the main unit.
• Check the batteries and replace if necessary.

the sensor/s.
• Make sure that the distance between the sensor and
the main unit is not too far.

• Press [ RESET ] to reset the main unit.
• Make sure the rain catcher is level.
• Check the rain gauge by pouring in some water.
You should be able to hear the sensor unit moving
from side to side.
• Dismantle the rain gauge and clean it thoroughly.

• Press [ CHANNEL ] to scan for a signal from
the sensor/s.
• Make sure that the distance between the sensor and
the main unit is not too far.
• Make sure that the signal is not blocked by furniture.
• Press [ RESET ] to reset the main unit.
• Make sure that the anemometer is mounted correctly.
• Try to generate a reading by rotating the anemometer
by hand. Try moving the anemometer to a better location.
