Setting the unit of speed
By pressing the "Unit" button, the speed display is
changed from kilometres per hour (km/h) to miles
per hour (mph) or metres per second (m/s). The unit
selected in each case is shown in the display.
Note: Maximum speed which can be displayed:
999.9 km/h or 999.9 mph or 999.9 m/s.
Measuring the speed
The current speed of the locomotive is shown con-
tinuously in the upper section of the display. A new
measurement is taken every
2 seconds, and the display
is updated accordingly.

Display of running time
The time indicator on the display is reset by pressing
the "Time" button (for at least 2 seconds!). Then the
running time which has elapsed since the "Time"
button was last activated is displayed.
Time display modes:
00.00 – 59.59 (display shown in minutes,
double point constantly lit, display
"min")
00.00 – 99:59 (display in hours,
double point flashes, display "h")
