of usage depends, for instance, on the working
environment, the workpiece, the workpiece rest,
the number of nailing processes. If required, carry
out corresponding noise reduction measures rela-
tive to the workpiece construction and workplace
conditions; e.g. placing the workpiece on a noise-
dampening underlay, reducing the vibration of the
workpiece by clamping or covering, setting the
correct working pressure. In special cases, personal

been calculated according to ISO 8662-11:1999
– hand-held motor-driven machines – measurement
of mechanical vibrations on the handle – staple
guns (see technical specifications). The value is an
appliance-specific indicator and does not represent
the effect on the hand-arm system while using the
appliance. The effect on the hand-arm system when
using the appliance depends on factors such as the
gripping force, the applied pressure, the working
direction, the set air pressure, the workpiece, the
workpiece rest.
