If the problem persists, please switch off the device, disconnect the power immediately and
contact the service center.
Solution
Check the power supply
Insert the plug properly
Wait for 3 minutes before turning the
device back on again
Check the power supply
Clean air filter
Adjust temperature setting
Close doors and windows
Pull the plug, wait for 3 min, reinsert it
and restart the device
Do not exceed the recieving range of 8 m
Remove any obstacles between device
and remote control
Check the batteries of remote control and
replace if necessary
Turn off the fluorenscence lamp and try
again
Try with the remote control close to the
device
Remove any obstacles
The device will resume operation after
defrosting
Stay within the setting range of 16° C to
30° C
Change the mode
Clean the filter
Pull the plug, wait for 3 min, reinsert it
and restart the device
