1.1 Front panel

2 LOCK button to lock the operating buttons (3-6)
against tampering actions at the unit
To lock/unlock keep the button pressed for at
least 2 seconds.
3 Model TVSP-420: VCR button to switch to video
recorder reproduction mode
If the VCR button and the LOCK button (2) are
pressed at the same time, the screen menu is
called up to programme the unit.
Model TVSP-450COL: SETUP button to pro-
gramme the unit via the screen menu
4 SEQU. button to switch on/off the automatic se-
quential operation

button to switch between full screen mode
and quad splitter mode
6 Buttons for the four camera inputs
- during quad splitter mode:
to "freeze" and to cancel the "freezing" of the
respective camera picture
- during full screen operation:
for manual switching over of the camera inputs
- during reproduction of a recording (only with

a) during quad splitter operation: to "freeze"
resp. to cancel the "freezing" of all camera
pictures

Achtung! Bei Anschluß eines Computers müs-
sen am Verbindungskabel die Anschlüsse 6-9
frei bleiben, da an ihnen Betriebsspannung bzw.
Masse für die Fernbedienung TVSP-412RM an-
liegt (siehe Abb. 5).

Caution! With the connection of a computer the
pins 6-9 at the connection cable must not be
used as they carry operating voltage resp. ground
for the remote control TVSP-412RM (see fig. 5).

9 BNC output jacks OUT to decouple the fed-
through camera input signals (connection of addi-
tional monitors, video recorders, etc.)
10 For model TVSP-420 only: BNC input jack VCR
IN to connect a video recorder for the reproduc-
tion of a recording

transformer or another power supply with 12-

quad splitter operation only (independent of the
selected operating mode)
