Getting Started
1. Insert the batteries in battery
compartment. The Smoke
Detector will emit 2 beeps.
2. The Smoke Detector enters
self-calibration process for 8-22
minute and will emit 2 beeps
upon complete.
3. Put the Control Panel into
learning mode.
4. Press Learn Button to learn
sensor.
5. Refer to Control Panel manual
to complete learning process.
Mounting Location

Mount the Smoke Detector at
center of ceiling.
Do not mount the Smoke Detector
at the following locations

Kitchen and garage – The
smoke from cooking
trigger false alarm.

Near ventilating fan or air
conditioner - Air draft may
affect sensor sensitivity

Corner, top of an "A" frame
type ceiling, near
beams or over a cabinet – The
stagnant air may affect sensor
sensitivity.
Installation
1. Use the two mounting holes on
the mounting bracket to mark
position on the ceiling.
2. Drill holes into the ceiling.
3. Screw the bracket onto the
ceiling with the screw and plugs
provided in drilled hole
4. Replace the main body of the
Smoke Detector on the bracket
according to picture below.

Inbetriebnahme
1. Batterien in das Batteriefach
einlegen. Der Rauchmelder gibt
2 Pieptöne ab.
2. Der Rauchmelder kalibriert sich
8-22 Min., danach piept er 2x.
3. Die Alarmzentrale in den
Einlern-Modus bringen.
4. Lern-/Testtaste drücken, um den
Rauchmelder einzulernen.
5. Siehe Anleitung Alarmzentrale,
um Einlernvorgang zu beenden.
Montageort

Rauchmelder in Raummitte an
die Zimmerdecke montieren.
Der Rauchmelder eignet sich nicht
an folgenden Stellen:

Küche: Koch- und Wasser-
dämpfe können
auslösen.

may Neben einem Ventilator oder
Klimaanlage: Luftzug kann die
Empfindlichkeit des Sensors
beeinträchtigen.

In einem Giebel oder an
anderen Orten, wo sich Luft
ceiling staut: Beeinträchtigung
Sensorempfindlichkeit.
Montage
1. Mit den beiden Aussparungen in
der Montageplatte Stellen an
der Decke markieren.
2. Löcher in die Decke bohren.
3. Montageplatte mit mitgelieferten
Dübeln und Schrauben an der
Decke befestigen.
4. Rauchmelder aufsetzen, siehe
Abb.

Enregistrement
1. Insérer les piles dans le
compartiment piles. Le
détecteur émet deux bips.
2. Le détecteur entre dans un
mode d'auto-calibration pendant
8 à 22 minutes et émet deux
bips à la fin.
3. Mettre la centrale en mode
apprentissage.
4. Appuyer sur le bouton
enregistrement.
5. Se référer à la notice de la
centrale pour finir
l'enregistrement.
Emplacement

Installer le détecteur au milieu
du plafond.
Ne pas installer


Cuisine – La fumée de cuisine
peut entrainer des fausses
alarmes.

Proche d'une ventilation ou
d'un air conditionné.

Sur un meuble, l'air stagnant

2. Percer les trous.
3. Visser la fixation murale.
