16. Correcting Malfunctions

By acquiring the DVD-Player "DVD-101" you have bought a product which has been
produced according to the latest technological state and is operationally reliable.
Nevertheless problems and malfunctions may occur. Therefore we want to provide
you with the description of how to correct possible malfunctions.
Please observe all safety instructions in this operating manual!
Problem

• Has the device been connected to a regular mains socket?
• Is the device turned on (mains switch in the rear of the device)?
No sound with
• Select the correct digital mode in the set-up of the device

• Direct the front of the remote control (with red covering) to the
front of the DVD-player. A direct visual contact between the
front of the device and the remote control is essential.
