Do not touch the surface of the CD/DVD ! Finger prints, soiling or scratch-
es can cause image/sound interference.
Excessive soiling or scratches may render the CD/DVD unserviceable!
A short time after closing the motor tray with the inserted CD/DVD it might begin to
play automatically (according to the DVD the film starts directly or the main menu of
the DVD appears).
9. Original Setting, Set-up of the DVD-
Player
The setting can only be modified in the "Stop" mode of the DVD-
player.
In the "Stop" mode "DVD Video" appears in large letters on the screen; when playing
the DVD press "Stop" key " "(26) of the remote control first.
Then press the "SETUP" key (18) of the remote control.
The following appears:
With the four direction keys " ", " ", " ", " " (5) of the remote control, the
"ENTER"-key (21) and the "RETURN"-key (14) the set-up menu can be operated and
the setting carried out.
With the keys " "and " " you can select from the menu bar or the submenu as
desired.
With the key " " or the "ENTER"-key the corresponding submenu can be invoked,
with the key " " or "RETURN" the submenu is closed.

Position actuelle du film
Vous pouvez ici entrer directement le temps écoulé jusqu'à un
passage précis pour retrouver celui-ci (entrer le temps au
moyen des touches chiffres, par ex. 001023, puis confirmer
avec la touche "ENTER"). Vous pouvez ainsi rejouer très facile-
ment les scènes concernées.
Mode audio
Choisissez le mode audio souhaité avec les touches direction-
nelles " " et " ".
Sous-titrage
Sélectionnez la langue désirée des sous-titres au moyen des
touches directionnelles "" et "" ou allumez/éteignez le sous-
titrage.
Angle de caméra
Sélectionnez l'angle de caméra désiré au moyen des touches
directionnelles " " et " " (dépend du contenu du DVD).
Mode de rép étition
Sélectionnez le mode de répétition souhaité ("DISC": le DVD en
entier, "TITLE": le titre actuel seulement, "CHAPTER": le cha-
pitre actuel seulement, "OFF": désactiver le mode répétition)
au moyen des touches directionnelles " " et " ".
Fonction de répétition A-B
Sélectionnez début et fin du passage à répéter au moyen des
touches directionnelles " " et " ". Appuyer une troisième fois
sur cette touche éteint le mode répétition AB ("OFF").
Effectuer des marquages
Sélectionnez au moyen des touches directionnelles " " et
" " la place de mémorisation désirée et appuyez ensuite la
touche "ENTER" pour mémoriser. Pour jouer la scène mar-
quée, choisissez la place de mémorisation correspondante et
appuyez la touche "PLAY".
b) Lecture de CDs audio
Il est naturellement possible d'utiliser le menu graphique pour commander la repro-
duction de CD normaux pour musique/audio, mais peu d'options sont ici à disposi-
tion:
