Only operate the system in a stable and horizontal position. Please ensure a
sufficient air circulation for the system to abduct the arising heat. Do not cover
the ventilation apertures of the system. Non-observance of these instructions
involves damages of the system. Only operate the system in horizontal postion
to ensure a proper function of the CD player.
Non-observance of this information might involve damage of the
inserted CD or the CD player. In view of the variety of furniture
laquers and polishes, the device base might leave visible residues
on the furniture due to chemical reactions. Therefore, please pro-
tect your furniture with an appropriate covering before placing the
system onto them.
Do not attach the system with additional screws using a drill or a
screwdriver. This damages the system.
Installation of the Speakers
Do not place the speakers near screens such as TV sets or com-
puter monitors. The magnetic fields of the speakers might distort
the image.
A space-saving set-up is the direct positioning of the speakers on the
left and the right side of the main unit.
However, you can also place the speakers apart from the main unit. In this case,
please observe the following installation instructions to obtain the optimum sound.
• Place the speakers in such a position that the listening position has the same
distance to both speakers (equilateral triangle).
• In rectangular rooms, the speakers shall be positioned along a short wall.
• The speakers shall be positioned at ear level.

Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche RANDOM pour arrêter la lecture aléatoire.
Programmer l'ordre dans lequel les titres sont joués.
L'appareil met à disposition la possibilité de programmer soi-même l'ordre dans
lequel les titres sont joués.
Mettez l'appareil en mode lecture de CD.
La programmation n'est pas possible pendant la lecture d'un disque, le cas échéant
arrêtez la lecture en cours.
Il est possible de programmer jusqu'à 20 titres.
Pour programmer, procédez comme suit:
Appuyez sur la touche MEMORY. Les indications MEMORY et TRACK clignotent sur
le display (affichage).
L'indication s'éteint automatiquement après 10 secondes si aucune pro-
grammation n'est effectuée.
Appuyez sur la touche
pour choisir le titre souhaité.
Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche MEMORY pour mémoriser le titre.
Répéter ce procédé pour mémoriser d'autres titres.
Pour effacer l'ordre mémorisé, appuyez sur la touche
programmation.
Appuyez sur la touche
PLAY / PAUSE pour jouer l'ordre programmé. L'écoute
des titres dans l'ordre programmé ne peut être démarrée que pendant que l'in-
dication MEMORY clignote. Quand l'indication MEMORY ne clignote plus, tous les
titres sont joués. Pour démarrer quand même l'écoute des titres programmés, arrê-
