The software offers you to delete the transferred data from the GPS device, which is easier
than deleting the data via the menu of the GPS device (see chapter 11. c)). Tick the box next
to "Clear all track logs in GeoSync upon completion" to delete the data from the device.

Never interrupt the USB connection while transferring data.
• After data transfer, a message box is displayed stating if and how many datasets have been
saved.
Click on the "OK" button to switch off the GPS device.
• Now disconnect the GPS device from the USB adapter.

The data is saved in GPX format.
The data can be viewed with almost any text editor.
There are many programs that allow further processing of the data (e.g. charts
illustrating the distance covered). You can drag and drop a GPX file on the
"Google Earth" map to show your route and waypoints.
