E) Time/Date - Conrad 84 14 09 Bedienungsanleitung

The longitude is the angle measure of a position to the west or east of the Prime Meridian (0°).
The angle measure ranges from 180° west to 180° east.
The Prime Meridian (0°) has been specified in 1884 to pass through Greenwich, London.

Refer to technical literature or the Internet for more information on the system
of longitude and latitude lines.

e) Time/Date

Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the
clock symbol is displayed for a short time. The
time and the date are displayed.

The GPS satellites transfer time and date information. The GPS device does
not allow you to set the time or the date manually!
The GPS satellites transmit GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). GMT might deviate
from your local time.
If you are in Germany, you have to add one hour to GMT. This time zone is
described as "GMT+1h". In the summer (daylight saving time) another hour
must be added ("GMT+2h").
