2. Intended use

This product saves GPS positions e.g. of a cycling tour or a walking tour. The analysis of the
received GPS data allows the calculation and display of speed and altitude (the accuracy is
dependent on the GPS data).
The product is not a suitable replacement for professional localisation devices (e.g. for
vehicles or planes). Due to the restrictions of the GPS signal, no exact localisation is possible.
A deviation of up to several meters or more is normal!
The manufacturer does not take responsibility for incorrect displays or measured values and
the resulting consequences.
The product is intended for private use only. It is not suited for public information.
Any use other than that described above may damage the product. There are also additional
risks.
Read these operating instructions completely and carefully. They contain important information
about operation and use.
Especially, be sure to observe the safety information in chapter 5.
