9. Setup

Do not drill or insert any additional screws into the housing to secure the product, as this may
expose you to dangerous voltages.
Make sure that the connection cable is not pinched or damaged by sharp edges. Always lay the
cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. This poses a risk of injury.
The cable must be of a sufficient length. Avoid subjecting it to mechanical tension, as this may
damage the cable or the device. In addition, you may be exposed to a dangerous electrical
shock.

a) Choosing a suitable setup location

• When choosing a location for your device, ensure that you avoid direct sunlight, vibrations, dust, hot and
cold temperatures and damp environments. In addition, no powerful transformers or motors should be
used close to the device.
• Only use the product on a stable surface that is not sensitive to heat.
• Always ensure that the product sits securely on a stable surface. The speaker may cause serious injury
if it falls off the installation surface. The speaker must not be hung from handles or other fixtures.
