• The surveillance camera and the provided wall power supply
are intended for dry indoor use only.
• Only use the provided wall power supply to operate the sur-
veillance camera and to charge the built-in rechargeable bat-
tery.
• Capacitors in the device may still be charged even after it has
been disconnected from all power sources.
• The wall power supply may never be plugged in or unplugged
with wet hands.
• Never pull on the cable of the wall power supply. Always
unplug it by pulling out the housing.
• During installation make sure that the connection cable is nei-
ther pinched nor damaged by sharp edges.
• Remove the wall power supply from the wall socket if the
device is not in use over a period of time.
• Always pull the wall power supply out of the mains socket
before cleaning the surveillance camera.
• For safety reasons, disconnect the wall power supply from the
mains socket in case of a thunderstorm.
• Never replace damaged mains cables yourself. If necessary,
disconnect the appliance from the mains and take it to a spe-
cialist workshop.
• Never pour liquids on electrical devices. This causes serious
danger of fire or electric shock. If such a case does occur, dis-
connect the wall power supply from the mains socket immedi-
ately and consult an expert.
• Maintenance, adjustment and repairs may only be carried out
by a qualified specialist or a specialised repair shop.
