Recherchez pour le barrage
photoélectrique un endroit ap-
proprié devant être surveillé.
Ouvrez respectivement les vis
(8 & 18) sur le récepteur et sur
l'émetteur de votre barrage
photoélectrique.
Relevez avec précaution les re-
couvrements du barrage pho-
toélectrique vers l'avant.
Dévissez respectivement les
trois vis (1) sur le récepteur et
l'émetteur.
Retirez les plaques métalliques
sur la face arrière du récepteur
et de l'émetteur.
Utilisez les forages (19) des
plaques métalliques respec-
tives comme gabarits de forage
et marquez les emplacements
pour les forages de fixation.

La distance entre émetteur et
récepteur en locaux fermés ne
devra pas dépasser 20 mètres
et 10 mètres en plein air.
Veuillez tenir compte, que des
câbles pour les branchements
électriques pour l'émetteur et le
récepteur sont nécessaires.
Ceux-ci devraient être posés
de manière cachée.
Utilisez un tournevis approprié.
Veillez, à ce qu'il ne se trouve
pas de câbles électriques ou
de conduites d'eau etc. aux en-
droits prévus pour le forage.
Marquez respectivement pour
l'émetteur et le récepteur au
moins deux emplacements
pour le forage.

Adjustment

Now align the transmitter and
the receiver so that the LED
(12) on the receiver lights up
green. This is achieved on the
one hand through horizontal
alignment and on the other
hand through vertical alignment
of both lenses. Vertical align-
ment is carried out simply by
turning the lens. For horizontal
alignment, turn the screw (3) on
the transmitter or the screw
(11) on the receiver.
When the LED (12) on the re-
ceiver lights up green, this me-
ans the contact between the
terminals (16) is closed.
The Photoelectric Barrier IRS10M can also be adjusted for speed
of reaction. This is adjusted with the control (13).
Fully at the left-hand stop means 500 milliseconds and at the right
stop 50 milliseconds.
The easiest way to determine the best speed of reaction is to move
once rapidly and once slowly through the IR beam between trans-
mitter and receiver. The alarm system should register the interrupti-
on each time.
Disconnect the Photoelectric Barrier from the supply voltage again
and replace the covers onto the transmitter and receiver. Replace
the screws (8 & 18) once more.
