18. Connection to the PC or Laptop

• Switch on the sports camera.
• Connect the sports camera to a free USB port of your computer or laptop with the
included USB cable.
• The "LCD display" (4) shows the letters "PC".
• The camera is recognised as a mass storage device by your computer or laptop.

19. Using the Camera at the PC or Laptop

• Insert the CD-ROM, which is delivered with the unit, into the CD and/or the DVD
drive of your PC or laptop.
• Follow the instructions on the screen. If the Installation Assistant does not start
automatically, double click on the data "STK02N 2.0" (STK02N 2.0. exe), which
is on the CD-ROM.
• After the installation has been successfully completed, press and hold down the
button "MENU" (5).
• While the button "MENU" (5) is being pressed, hook up the camera via the USB
cable, also delivered with the unit, to your PC or laptop.
• Now, the camera will be recognized as a Webcam and not as a mass storage
device.
• Start the file amcap.exe in the folder wnqd, to be found on the CD-ROM. The file
can be copied onto the desktop in order to allow a program start without the CD-
ROM.

20. Maintenance and Cleaning

Please make sure to moisten both O-rings regularly with Vaseline in order to keep
the protection type IP68 active.
Only use a clean, lint-free and dry cloth for cleaning the casing. Do not use scou-
ring, chemical agents or cleaners that contain solvents.
