13. LED-Platte ausbauen
– Glasscheiben abnehmen (Pkt. 1).
– Gehäuse öffnen (Pkt. 2).
– Leitungen gegebenenfalls lösen.
– 4 Schrauben Y (Fig. 13) herausschrauben und die Blende mit der
LED-Platte aus dem Gehäuse ziehen.
– 3 Schrauben Z (Fig. 13) herausschrauben und LED-Platte abneh-
men.
14. Getriebemotor (Bedienteilabdeckung) ausbauen
– Glasscheiben abnehmen (Pkt. 1).
– Gehäuse öffnen (Pkt. 2).
– LED-Platte ausbauen (Pkt. 13).
– Anschlußleitung des Getriebemotors abziehen
– 2 Schrauben A und Schraube B herausschrauben, Antriebsrie-
men abnehmen und Getriebemotor herausnehmen (Fig. 14).
15. Getriebemechanik (Bedienteilabdeckung) ausbauen
– Glasscheiben abnehmen (Pkt. 1).
– Gehäuse öffnen (Pkt. 2).
– LED-Platte ausbauen (Pkt. 13).
– DVD-Einheit ausbauen (Pkt. 4).
– Bedieneinheit ausbauen (Pkt. 12).
– Blende B abziehen (Pkt. 3).
– Getriebemotor (Bedienteilabdeckung) ausbauen (Pkt. 14).
– 10 Schrauben C (Fig. 12) herausschrauben, Blende abnehmen
und Schalter- und Masseleitungen lösen.
– 4 Schrauben D (Fig. 13 und 15) herausschrauben und Mechanik
aus der Blende nehmen. Hinweis für den Einbau: Linkes und
rechtes Zahnrad auf gleicher Position in die Zahnstangenführung
E einbauen (Fig. 15).

16. Motorsteuerung (Drehfuß) ausbauen
– Glasscheiben abnehmen (Pkt. 1).
– Gerät auf die Frontseite legen (Bildröhre nicht verkratzen).
– 6 Schrauben L entfernen und den Drehfuß abnehmen (Fig. 12).
– 3 Schrauben F herausschrauben und Motorsteuerung heraus-
nehmen (Fig. 16).
– Leitungen gegebenenfalls lösen.
17. Drehmotor ausbauen
– Motorsteuerung (Drehfuß) ausbauen (Punkt 16).
– 5 Schrauben G (Fig. 17) herausschrauben, Drehmotor mit An-
triebsmechanik herausnehmen und Antriebsriemen abnehmen.
– 3 Schrauben H (Fig. 18) herausschrauben und Drehmotor heraus-
nehmen.

13. Removing the LED board
– Remove the front glasses (point 1).
– Open the cabinet (point 2).
– If necessary disconnect the cables.
– Undo 4 screws Y (Fig. 13) and the cover with the LED board pull
it out of the cabinet.
– Undo 3 screws Z (Fig. 13) and remove the LED board.
14. Removing the gear motor (cover of the keyboard control)
– Remove the front glasses (point 1).
– Open the cabinet (point 2).
– Removing the LED board (point 13).
– Pull off the gear motor connecting cable.
– Undo 2 screws A and screw B, remove the drive belt and take out
the gear motor (Fig. 14).
15. Removing the gear drive (cover of the keyboard control)
– Remove the front glasses (point 1).
– Open the cabinet (point 2).
– Removing the LED board (point 13).
– Remove the DVD unit (point 4).
– Remove the keyboard control unit (point 12).
– Pull the frame B off (point 3).
– Removing the gear motor (cover of the keyboard control) (point 14).
– Undo 10 screws C (Fig. 12), remove the frame and disconnect the
switch and earthing cables.
– Undo the 4 screws D (Fig. 13 and 15) and remove the gear drive
from the frame. Note on reassembling: Fit the left and right
gearwheel to the same position on the toothed rack E (Fig. 15).

16. Removing the Motor Control (Turning Foot)
– Remove the front glasses (point 1).
– Put the TV set down on its front side (do not scratch the tube).
– Undo 6 screws L and remove the turning foot (Fig. 12).
– Undo 3 screws F and remove the Motor Control (Fig. 16).
– If necessary disconnect the cables.
17. Removing the Rotary Motor
– Removing the Motor Control (turning foot) (Point 16).
– Undo 5 screws G (Fig. 17), remove the rotary motor together with
the drive mechanism and the drive belt.
– Undo the 3 screws H (Fig. 18) and remove the rotary motor.
