10. Back Ventilation of the Solar Module

Ensure good back ventilation of the solar module.. This way, you can avoid heat
build-ups and the connected performance decrease. It also serves to make conden-
sation dry more quickly.
Solar cell efficiency is higher, the colder the cell is.
A solar module at 65°C at a South wall will deliver about 60 % of
the performance of a corresponding solar module at 25°C at a
South roof with a 30° inclination.
11. Information on the Site of Operation for the Battery

Junction Box

The battery junction box must not get damp or wet. The connections and plugs for
the junction box and the integrated ON/OFF-switch are not protected from humidity
or weather-proof.
The rechargeable battery is included in the delivery of the LED spotlight set and is
situated inside the LED spotlight.
12. LED Spotlight Installation
(Item-No. 110473 and 110460)
Make sure that no cables are damaged when drilling or bolting
the product in place.
The product is suitable for installation and operation at a verti-
cal wall or ceiling.
Proceed as follows to ensure proper installation:
• The mounting bracket for the LED spotlight has installation holes.
• Hold the mounting bracket against the wall and mark the drill hole positions (e.g.
using a pencil).
• Drill the installation holes.
