Safety Instructions

The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event
of damage due to failure to comply with these operat-
ing instructions. We shall not be liable for any conse-
quential damage.
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or
personal injury caused by improper handling or non-
compliance with the safety instructions. The warranty
will be rendered null and void in such cases.
• For safety and approval (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or
modifications to the product are not permitted.
• The device may only be powered by batteries (see „technical data" for
battery type). Never try to operate the device using any other source of
energy.
• Make sure the device is put into operation correctly. In doing so,
please observe these operating instructions.
• This product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of chil-
dren. Children do not understand how dangerous electrical devices
can be.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, dripping or spraying
water, strong vibration or heavy mechanical stress.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may be
dangerous for children to play with.
• You should also heed the additional safety instructions in each chapter
of this instruction.

Inserting/replacing batteries

Keep batteries out of reach of children.
Batteries are special waste and have no place in the
household waste.
Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting
the batteries.
Remove the batteries when the device is not being
used for long periods of time.
Do not leave the batteries lying around in the open;
there is the risk that they will be swallowed by children
or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
The batteries must not be short-circuited or thrown into
the fire. Never recharge these batteries. Danger of
explosion.
Leaking or damaged batteries can cause burns if they
come into contact with the skin. You should therefore
wear suitable protective gloves.
