CD PLAYER
Sicherheit
Dieses Gerät ist für die Wiedergabe von Tonsignalen bestimmt. Jede andere Verwendung
ist ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit (Tropf- und Spritzwasser), Sonneneinstrahlung
und Hitze.
Das Gerät enthält selbstschmierende Lager, die nicht geölt oder geschmiert werden
dürfen.
Bei einem raschen Wechsel von kalter in warme Umgebung kann die Linse beschlagen.
Das Abspielen einer CD ist dann nicht möglich.
CDP 1400
Berühren Sie die Linse des Gerätes nicht! CD-Deckel des Gerätes immer geschlossen
halten, damit sich kein Staub auf der Linse ansammelt.

Sie dürfen das Gerät nicht öffnen. Für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Eingriffe ent-

Pflege
Wenn das Gerät CDs nicht einwandfrei lesen kann, benutzen Sie eine handelsübliche
Reinigungs-CD, um die Laseroptik zu reinigen. Andere Reinigungsmethoden können die
Laseroptik zerstören. Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem sauberen, feuchten Ledertuch.

Prüfen Sie, ob die auf dem Typenschild des Netzadapters angegebene Netzspannung

das Gerät vom Stromnetz getrennt. Ziehen Sie den Netzadapter immer aus der Steck-
dose, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen.

Die Anzeige des Gerätes informiert Sie über den Zustand der Batterien. Wenn »2« in
der Anzeige blinkt, werden die Batterien schwach.
Die Batterien werden bei Netz-Betrieb abgeschaltet. Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn
sie verbraucht sind oder wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzen. Für Schäden,

Hinweise:
Beim Kauf der NiCd-Akkus sollten Sie darauf achten, dass das Metallende am Minus-
pol ca. 3 mm sichtbar ist. Gegebenenfalls die Isolierung mit einem Messer entfernen.
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch oder wenn die Akkus längere Zeit nicht benutzt wurden,
laden Sie die Akkus zuerst vollständig auf.
Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 14 - 16 Stunden. Wird das Gerät währenddessen benutzt,
verlängert sich die Ladezeit entsprechend.
Die Umgebungstemperatur sollte zwischen 5˚C und 40˚C liegen.

Le système anti-choc (pas en fonction pour le CDP 1400) de votre appareil lit les données
du CD quelques secondes à l'avance (45 secondes pour le CDP 1410 AS 45 et 160 pour
le CDP 1420 AS 160). Ceci évite, pendant la lecture, les coupures dues aux coups et aux
vibrations.
