2. Intended use

This floodlight is intended to be used as an outdoor light. The integrated motion
detector covers a distance of up to 15 metres within a horizontal angle of 180°. For
order no. 575061 or 575111, a 150-watt halogen lamp is required (R7S, 78 mm).
For order no. 575073 or 575112, 2 x 25 W E27 energy-saving lamps are required.
You can adjust the switch-on time (10 seconds +/- 5 seconds to 4 minutes +/
- 1 minute), the sensitivity of motion detection and the brightness threshold. Three
controls on the bottom of the casing allow you to make the adjustments.
In addition, the floodlight is equipped with an LED night light with a photo sensor.
The LEDs are activated with the fall of darkness. If the floodlight is activated by the
motion sensor, the LEDs are deactivated as long as the floodlight is switched on.
The required power supply is 230 V/AC 50 Hz.
This product is rated IP44 and is thus suitable for outdoor use.
Any use other than the intended use described above is not permitted and may
harm the product and result in short circuits, fire, electric shocks etc. No part of the
product must be modified or rebuilt. The safety information in these operating
instructions has to be observed at all times. Please read the operating instructions
carefully and keep them for future reference.
