Correct use
- Function as a thermocalibrator from –200°C to a maximum of
+1372°C or from –364°F to a maximum of +1999°F for the follow-
ing types of sensors: K – Type, J – Type, T – Type and E – Type.
- Measurement of temperatures in the range from –220°C to
+1372°C (–364°F to +1999°F), depending on the types of tem-
perature sensors connected (K –, T –, J – or E – Type).
- Operation must not be carried out under unfavourable ambient
conditions. The following are unfavourable ambient conditions:
- Damp or too high humidity
- Dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents
- Storms or stormy conditions such as strong electrostatic fields,
etc.
Use other than that described above will lead to damage to the
measurement device and additional risks, such as short circuit, fire,
electric shock etc. No part of the product may be changed or modi-
fied. The safety instructions must be observed without fail.
