1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Die Farbkamera TVCCD-33COL und das Farbkamera-
modul TVCCD-33MCOL sind speziell für den Einsatz in
Video-Überwachungsanlagen (CCTV) konzipiert und
lassen sich wegen ihrer geringen Abmessungen auch
als Türspion oder als versteckte Kamera verwenden.
Ausstattung
– Fixfokus-Objektiv, Brennweite 3,6 mm
– Verstärkungsregelung (AGC)
– automatischer elektronischer Verschluss (Shutter)
– Gegenlichtkompensation
– automatischer Weißabgleich
2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Die Kamera entspricht allen erforderlichen Richtlinien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.

Das Kameramodul TVCCD-33MCOL ist nach der
EMV-Richtlinie 2004 / 108 / EG aufgebaut (EMV = elek-
tromagnetische Verträglichkeit). Damit das Modul
auch im Betrieb diese Richtlinie einhält, muss es in ein
abgeschirmtes Gehäuse eingesetzt und der Video-
ausgang über eine abgeschirmte Leitung angeschlos-
sen werden. Wird die EMV-Richtlinie nicht eingehal-
ten, erlischt die Konformitätserklärung.

1 Applications
The colour camera TVCCD-33COL and the colour cam-
era module TVCCD-33MCOL are especially designed
for application in video surveillance systems (CCTV).
Due to their small dimensions they can also be used as
a door spy or as a concealed camera.

2 Important Notes
The camera corresponds to all required directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with

The camera module TVCCD-33MCOL has been built
according to the EMC directive 2004 / 108 / EC (EMC =
electromagnetic compatibility). To conform to this di-
rective also while in operation, the module must be
placed into a shielded housing and the video output
must be connected via a shielded cable. If the EMC
directive is not complied with, the declaration of con-
formity expires.

Die Kamera ist nur zur Verwendung im Innenbereich
geeignet. Schützen Sie sie vor Tropf- und Spritzwas-
ser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Ein-
satztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

Säubern Sie die Kamera nur mit einem weichen, tro-
ckenen Tuch, niemals mit Wasser oder Chemikalien.

Berühren Sie die Objektivlinse nicht mit den Fingern
und schützen Sie sie vor Staub und sonstiger Ver-
schmutzung. Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur
Mittel speziell für optische Linsen.

Wird die Kamera zweckentfremdet, falsch installiert
oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung
für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschä-
den und keine Garantie für die Kamera übernommen
werden.
Soll die Kamera endgültig aus dem Betrieb
genommen werden, übergeben Sie sie zur
umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen
Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Das Modell TVCCD-33COL an geeigneter Stelle mit
dem Montagebügel festschrauben. Um die optimale
Montagestelle zu finden, ggf. einen Probebetrieb
durchführen. Das Modell TVCCD-33MCOL wie ge -
wünscht einbauen.
2) Das beiliegende Anschlusskabel in das Stiftleiste auf
der Kamerarückseite stecken. Der Anschluss der
Kamera ist in der Abbildung unten dargestellt:

against dripping water and splash water, high air
humidity, and heat (admissible ambient temperature
range 0 – 40 °C).

Only clean the camera with a soft, dry cloth, never use
water or chemicals.

Do not touch the lens with your fingers and protect it
against dust and other impurities. For cleaning only
use detergents especially for optical lenses.

No guarantee claims for the camera and no liability for
any resulting personal damage or material damage
will be accepted if the camera is used for other pur-
poses than originally intended, if it is not correctly
installed or not repaired in an expert way.
If the camera is to be put out of operation defin-
itively, take it to a local recycling plant for a dis-
posal which is not harmful to the environment.

3 Operation
1) Tightly screw the model TVCCD-33COL with the
mounting bracket at a suitable place. To determine
the optimum place of mounting, make a trial run, if re -
quired. Install the model TVCCD-33MCOL as desired.
2) Connect the supplied cable to the pin connector on
the rear side of the camera. The connection of the
camera is shown in the figure below:

Den Videoausgang über ein 75-Ω-Koaxialkabel mit
dem Videoeingang eines Monitors verbinden. Bei
einer Kabellänge von mehr als 100 m sollte zum Aus-
gleich von Pegelverlusten durch das Kabel ein Video-
verstärker (z. B. TW-220SET von MONACOR) zwi-
schen die Kamera und das lange Kabel geschaltet
werden.
Zur Stromversorgung wird ein stabilisiertes 12-V-
Netzgerät mit einer Dauerbelastbarkeit von 100 mA
benötigt (z. B. PSS-1205DC von MONACOR). Für
die TVCCD-33COL wird ein Stecker mit den Abmes-
sungen 5,5/2,1 mm (Außen-/Innendurchmesser) be -
nötigt. Am Innenkontakt muss der Pluspol anliegen.
3) Wenn das zu überwachende Objekt nicht scharf
abgebildet ist, die Fokuseinstellung korrigieren: Die
kleine Schraube (a) lösen, das Objektiv (b) so weit
drehen, bis das Bild scharf ist. Anschließend die
Schraube wieder festdrehen.

Connect the video output via a 75 Ω coaxial cable to
the video input of a monitor. With a cable length of
more than 100 m a video amplifier (e. g. TW-220SET
from MONACOR) should be inserted between the
camera and the long cable to compensate level loss
by the cable.
For power supply a regulated 12 V power supply
unit with a permanent rating of 100 mA is required
(e. g. PSS-1205DC from MONACOR). For the
TVCCD-33COL a plug with the dimensions 5.5 /
2.1 mm (outside / inside diameter) is required. The
positive pole must be at the inside contact.
3) If the object to be monitored is not reproduced in
focus, readjust the focus setting: Release the small
screw (a), turn the lens (b) so far until the picture is in
focus. Then retighten the screw.
