2.2 Aus- und Einbau des Cassettenschachtes
Ausbau:
– Gerät vom Netz trennen.
– Arretierungen R (Fig. 1) und
lösen und diesen dabei so weit nach innen schieben, bis der
Cassettenschacht leicht absinkt.
– Antriebsrad des Fädelmotors in Drehrichtung "Einfädeln" (Fig. 4) so
weit drehen, bis das Zahnrad (Pos. 103H, Fig. 7) entriegelt ist.
– Klammer (Pos. 102H) von der Achse des Zahnrades "A" lösen
(Fig. 7).
– 4 Befestigungsschrauben

der Unterseite entfernen.
– Frontblende entfernen (Servicehinweise, Kap. 1 beachten) und
Cassettenschacht abheben.
Vorbereitung für den Einbau:
Der Cassettenschacht und das Laufwerk müssen sich beim Einbau in
einer bestimmten Stellung befinden. Wurde während der Reparatur-
arbeiten die Stellungen der Zahnräder und Hebel nach dem Ausbau
verändert, muß der Cassettenschacht und das Laufwerk vorbereitet
werden.
Zahnradpositionen für den Einbau:
– Cassettenschacht abgesenkt und Zahnrad "A" eingerastet.
– Cassettenlade-Zahnrad (Pos. 103H) ist freigegeben (ist dies nicht
der Fall, muß das Antriebsrad des Fädelmotors verdreht werden bis
es freigegeben ist).
– Cassettenschacht aufsetzen.
– Cassettenschacht mit den 4 Schrauben
– Klammer (Pos. 102H) auf der Achse des Zahnrades "A" einrasten
(Fig. 7).

2.2 Removal and Reassembly of the Cassette Compartment
Removal:
– Disconnect the video recorder from the mains.
– Release the locks R
compartment and move it inwards until the cassette compartment
lowers by a small amount.
– Turn the driving gear of the threading motor in the "threading"
direction (Fig. 4) until the gearwheel (Pos. 103H, Fig. 7) disengages.
– Release the bracket (Pos. 102H) from the shaft of gearwheel "A"
(Fig. 7).
– Unscrew the 4 screws
compartment.
– Remove the front panel (observe service instructions, chapter 1)
and raise the cassette compartment to remove it.
Preparations for Refitting the Cassette Compartment:
The cassette compartment and the tape deck must be fitted in a definite
position. If the positions of the gearwheels and levers they take after
removal have been changed while servicing certain preparations are
required before refitting the cassette compartment and the tape deck.
Gearwheel Positions for Refitting the Cassette Compartment:
– Cassette compartment down, gearwheel "A" engaged.
– Cassette loading gearwheel (Pos. 103H) is released (if it is not the
drive gear of the threading motor must be turned to release it).
– Put on the cassette compartment.
– Fasten the cassette compartment with the 4 screws
bottom.
– Place the bracket (Pos. 102H) onto the shaft of gearwheel "A" and
lock it in (Fig. 7).
