• 5.1-Digitalausgang (Koax), Cinchbuchse (Q)
Das auf den meisten DVDs enthaltene hochwertige 5.1-Audiosignal (vorn links, vorn rechts, Mitte, hinten links, hinten rechts, Sub-
woofer) kann über diesen Ausgang z.B. an einen geeigneten 5.1-Verstärker oder an ein 5.1-Lautsprecherset weitergeleitet werden.
Der Ausgang ist nur beim Abspielen von DVDs aktiv, nicht bei VCDs, SVDs, Audio- oder MP3-CDs.
• Antennenbuchse (O)
Verbinden Sie diese 75-Ohm-Antennenbuchse mit dem Antennenanschluss, bei Kabelfernsehen z.B. mit der Wanddose.

17. Handhabung

Beachten Sie sämtliche Sicherheitshinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung!
Vermeiden Sie folgende widrige Umgebungsbedingungen am Aufstellungsort oder beim Transport:
- Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit
- Extreme Kälte oder Hitze
- Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung
- Staub oder brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel
- starke Vibrationen
- starke Magnetfelder, wie in der Nähe von Maschinen oder Lautsprechern
Schalten Sie die TV-DVD-Kombi niemals gleich dann ein, wenn sie von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wird. Das dabei
entstehende Kondenswasser kann unter Umständen das Gerät zerstören.
Lassen Sie die TV-DVD-Kombi zuerst uneingeschaltet auf Zimmertemperatur kommen. Dies kann u.U. mehrere Stunden dau-
ern.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Isolierung des gesamten Produkts weder beschädigt noch zerstört wird.
Achten Sie beim Aufstellen der TV-/DVD-Kombi darauf, dass das Netzkabel und alle anderen Verbindungskabel nicht geknickt oder
gequetscht werden.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nicht am Kabel aus der Netzsteckdose! Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker an den seitlichen Griffflächen aus
der Netzsteckdose.
Das Produkt darf nicht geöffnet werden. Es sind keine für Sie zu wartenden Teile im Inneren des Produkts.
Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch das Produkt auf Beschädigungen!
Falls Sie Beschädigungen feststellen, so darf das Produkt NICHT an die Netzspannung angeschlossen werden!
Es besteht Lebensgefahr!
Wenn die TV-/DVD-Kombi längere Zeit nicht in Betrieb genommen wird, so schalten Sie sie über den Netzschalter auf der Vorderseite
aus.
Fassen Sie niemals mit spitzen Gegenständen (z.B. Kugelschreiber, Steck- und Stricknadeln, Büroklammern
etc.) in die Lüftungsschlitze und Gehäuseöffnungen des Geräts.
Kinder könnten versuchen, Gegenstände (z.B. Spielzeug) in die Lüftungsschlitze, Geräteöffnungen bzw. die
CD-Schublade zu stecken.
Es besteht die Gefahr eines lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages und der Zerstörung des Geräts!

5. How to replace and insert the batteries
Open the battery compartment on the upper side of the remote control. Push the battery compartment cover into the direction shown
by the arrow and remove it.
Insert two "Mignon" type (AA) batteries according to the proper polarity and close the battery compartment.
You can also insert two accumulators instead of two batteries into the device (AA, Mignon, type "Cd" or "NiMH"). This
can decrease the range and operating time of the remote control.
If you detect that the working range of the remote control decreases or you have to press the keys for more time until they react or the
TV/DVD does not respond to any key presses of the remote control unit, replace the batteries/accumulators with new ones.
While inserting batteries/accumulators observe the proper polarity. A wrong polarity leads to a defect of the remote
control unit!
Remove the batteries/accumulators from their compartment if you will not use them for a major period of time.
There is a danger of batteries/accumulators leakage.
Do not leave batteries/accumulators littered because children or pets might swallow them. In case of batteries having
been swallowed call for immediate medical care!
Do not leave used batteries/accumulators inside the battery compartment, because leaky batteries/accumulators can
corrode and chemicals can be released. That could harm your health or damage the battery compartment.
Leaky or damaged batteries/accumulators might cause cauterisation when in contact with the skin; use therefore suit-
able protective gloves.
Never try to recharge batteries. There could be danger of explosion!
Do not throw batteries/accumulators into fire. There could be danger of explosion!
Do not short-circuit batteries/accumulators. There could be danger of explosion!
Avoid using different battery types or using batteries/accumulators of different conditions (charged/semi-charged).
Always replace the complete set of batteries/accumulators. Do not use batteries and accumulators at the same time!
