Tamper
The cover contact in the housing is series connected with the cover
contact on the connection PCB.
Do not cut the cables too short when connecting.
To ensure that the tear-off protection functions correctly, the
cable connection should not be too taught.

Ensure that the cable loop between the pull relief and the
connection PCB is long enough.

Tear-off protection
When the housing is screwed to the
wall the bolt on the back presses the
connection PCB in direction to the top
part of the housing. So the cover
contact is activated when the housing
is closed.
If the housing is torn off the wall, the
bolt moves back and the cover contact
triggers.

Tamper detector group

The end-of-line resistor of the tamper detector group (12k1) must be in

the last device.
With a stub layout, 6k04 is linked at each end.

Final assembly
- Break off the selected cable entry and insert the included cable
sleeve into the opening.
- Secure the cable with a pull relief.
- In order to prevent leakage current, the connections must be coated
with a protective lacquer (also those which are not occupied).
Ensure that the leads are covered with a protective lacquer as far as

the insulation.
- Insert the reach-through protection.
Ensure that the gasket is not damaged.
- Attach the top part of the housing with the
radius pointing upward and screw tight.
Only tighten the screws
slightly (preferably by hand).
Do not use a cordless screwdriver with
uncontrolled torque. If the screws are
screwed too tight, the housing may be
damaged.
- Insert the seals in the screw openings.
