Damage resulting from non-observance of these ope-
rating instructions renders void any claim under the
guarantee! We accept no liability for consequential da-
mage resulting from this.
We accept no responsibility for damage to property or
injury to persons caused by improper operation or fai-
lure to observe the safety instructions. Such cases vo-
id the guarantee.
• This device is constructed and tested in accordance
with EN 61010-1 or EN 61010-2-32, and left the fac-
tory in a technically-safe, perfect condition. To
maintain this condition and to ensure safe operati-
on, it is essential for the user to observe the safety
instructions and warning notes contained in these
operating instructions. The following symbols must
be observed:

CAT III = Overvoltage category III
= Protection class II (double-insulated)
• The measuring instrument may not be used in Over-
voltage Category III (3) installations in accordance
with IEC 664. The clamp adapter and the test leads
are not protected against arc explosions (IEC 1010-
2-031, Section 13.101).
• Measuring instruments and accessories are not toys
and do not belong in the hands of children !
• In commercial facilities the accident-prevention re-
gulations of the industrial employers' liability asso-
ciation for electrical systems and equipment must
be observed.

Vous trouverez comment remplacer la batterie sous
"Manipulation". Pour le nettoyage de l'appareil res-
pectivement du display, vous utiliserez un chiffon de
nettoyage, propre, sec, antistatique, non-pelucheux.
Attention !
N'employez jamais de nettoyant conte-
nant des carbones pas plus que des
produits à base d'alcool ou équivalents.
La surface de l'appareil de mesure peut
en être altérée. En outre, les vapeurs
qui en émanent sont dangereuses pour
la santé et présentent des risques d'ex-
plosion. N'utilisez jamais d'outils poin-
tus et acérés pour le nettoyage, comme
des tournevis ou des brosses en métal
etc.
