Safety instructions
The warranty will be rendered invalid for damage caused due to
non-compliance with these operating instructions. We shall not
be liable for any consequential loss.
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal
injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the
safety instructions. Any guarantee claims expire in such cases.
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important information
in these operating instructions which are to be strictly followed.
Please read these instructions completely before operating the
device for the first time. They contain important information on cor-
rect operation.
• The operator must observe the accident prevention instructions of the Commerci-
al Associations for electric facilities and operating materials. This especially con-
cerns the accident prevention regulation "Laser beams" (GUV-V B2) with its appli-
cation description (GUV-I 832). The appendix contains addresses where you can
obtain the corresponding information material.
• Only qualified personnel may assemble, commission and operate the product and
must observe the above stated requirements.
• Prior to commissioning, the company has to inform the accident insurance car-
riers and the labour safety authority in charge about this (usually the trade super-
vision) and state a laser protection commissioner. A reporting form for the super-
vision authority is included in the above application description (GUV-I 832).
• For safety and licensing (CE) reasons, unauthorized conversion and/or modifica-
tions to the product are not permitted.
• Only an approved mains socket (230 V~/50 Hz) connected to the public mains
may be used as a source of power.
• When operating the laser equipment, always make sure that the laser beam is direc-
ted so that no person is in the projection area and that unintentional reflected beams
(e.g. from reflective objects) cannot be directed to areas where people are present.
• Laser radiation can be dangerous if the laser beam or a reflection enters the unpro-
tected eye. Therefore before starting to use the laser equipment, familiarise yourself
with the statutory regulations and instructions for operation of a laser device of this
class.
• Never look into the laser beam and never point it at persons or animals. Laser
radiation may lead to eye or skin injuries.
• Do not point the laser beam at mirrors or other reflecting areas. An inadvertently
deflected beam could hit persons or animals.
• Never allow the laser to operate unattended.
• Caution: if operation settings or procedures others than those described here in
these instructions are used, this could lead to exposure to dangerous radiation.
• This product is equipped with a Class 3R laser according to EN 60 825-1: 1994
+ A1:2002 + A2:2001. The device is labelled accordingly:

Remplacement des fusibles
Si le remplacement des fusibles s'avère nécessaire, veillez à n'utiliser que des fusi-
bles correspondant au type et au courant nominal spécifiés (voir « Caractéristiques
techniques ») à titre de rechange.
Il est interdit de réparer les fusibles usés ou de ponter le porte-
fusible.
• Après avoir coupé l'alimentation électrique (retirez la fiche de secteur !), débran-
chez la fiche anti-échauffement de la prise de raccordement au secteur située à
l'arrière de l'appareil.
• Faites sortir prudemment le porte-fusible situé sous la prise de raccordement au
secteur en faisant levier à l'aide d'un tournevis approprié.
• Retirez le fusible défectueux et remplacez-le par un fusible neuf du type spécifié.
• Insérez ensuite prudemment le porte-fusible contenant le fusible neuf dans l'ap-
pareil.
• Vous pouvez ensuite seulement rebrancher l'appareil sur le secteur et le remettre
en marche.
Nettoyage
L'extérieur de l'effet laser doit uniquement être nettoyé avec un chiffon doux et sec
ou avec un pinceau.
N'utilisez pas de nettoyants agressifs ou de solutions chimiques car ils pourraient
endommager la surface du boîtier.
Vous pouvez nettoyer avec précaution le miroir de déviation et le miroir réflecteur
avec un chiffon imbibé de nettoyant pour vitres. Veillez dans ce cas à procéder avec
délicatesse car les miroirs peuvent se briser.
Elimination
Il convient de procéder à l'élimination du produit au terme de sa durée
de vie conformément aux prescriptions légales en vigueur.
