Abgleichhinweise

AM + FM - Abgleich:
- Den AM- und FM-Abgleich müssen Sie durchführen, wenn bei
einer Reparatur frequenzbestimmende Bauteile ausgetauscht
oder verstellt wurden.
- Nach Reparatur-/ Abgleicharbeiten müssen die Geräte-
parameter neu programmiert werden.
Abschirmung
Der HF-Abgleich muß mit Unterdeckel erfolgen. Hierzu ist es
ratsam daß Sie an die Meßpunkte Leitungen anzulöten. Führen Sie
die Leitungen nach oben oder seitlich aus dem Gerät heraus.

Ausstattung des Arbeitsplatzes:

1. Netzgerät 15 V regelbar, 10 A
(Betriebspannung service 14,4 V)
2. Meßsender (z.B. Meguro, Leader, Kenwood)
3. Hochohmiges Voltmeter Ri > 10 MΩ
4. Outputmeter; Frequenzzähler; NF-Millivoltmeter; Stereocoder
5. Oszilloskop: - Empfindlichkeit: 5 mV bis 50 Volt/cm.
- Bandbreite: Gleichspannung bis 50 MHz.
6. Tastköpfe 10:1 und 1:1
7. Schraubendreher / Abgleichstifte (keramisch)
8. Lötstation

Reparaturhinweise

Programmieren der Geräteparameter:
(ist nach Auswechseln von D860 / HF - Teil erforderlich)
- FM ZF-Ablage
- FM ZF-Begrenzung
- Programmierung der Stereo Schaltschwelle
- Suchlaufstoppschwellen FM
- Suchlaufstoppschwellen AM
Servicemode
Servicemode aktivieren
1. Schalten Sie das Autoradio aus.
2. Betätigen Sie die Tasten 1 + 3 gleichzeitig und halten Sie die
Tasten gedrückt.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und halten Sie die Tasten noch für
ca. 1 Sekunde gedrückt.
Nach diesem Schritt erscheint im Display für 2 Sekunden
"SERVICE" und der manuelle Sender - Suchlauf ist unwirksam.
Sie verlassen den Servicemode durch Ausschalten des
Autoradios.

Notes on alignment

USA
AM + FM alignment:
- The AM and FM alignment has to be carried out if components
that determine the circuit's frequency have been replaced or de-
tuned.
- After a repair or alignment job the basic parameters of the
product have to be reprogrammed.
Radio-shielding
The r-f alignment has to be performed with the bottom cover in
place. It is advisable to solder wires to the measuring points and
provide access from the top of the the main board or out through
holes in the side of the frame.

Work place equipment:

1. Power supply unit 15 volts adjustable, 10 A
(Supply voltage service 14,4 V)
2. Signal generator (Meguro, Leader, Kenwood)
3. High impedance voltmeter Ri > 10 MΩ
4. Output meter; frequency counter; AF millivoltmeter; stereo encoder
5. Oscilloscope: - inp. sensitivity: 5 mV to 50 volts per division
- bandwidth: d.c. to 50 MHz
6. Probes 10:1 and 1:1
7. Screwdriver / adjusting pins (ceramic)
8. Soldering station

Repair notes

Parameter programming:
(required after replacement of D860 / RF tuner)
- FM IF offset
- IF - limiting programming
- Stereo threshold
- Seek tuning stop thresholds FM
- Seek tuning stop thresholds AM
Service mode
Activating the service mode
1. Switch the unit off.
2. Press the push-buttons 1 + 3 simultaneously and hold them
depressed.
3. Switch the unit back on and hold on to the buttons for
approximately one more second.
After this step the display will indicate "SERVICE" for 2 seconds
and the manual tuning is inhibited.
You can quit the service mode by switching the radio off.
