• Go/No Go comparison output
Outputs the Go/No Go comparison results for each channel as High/Go/Low. (ON)
• Reset/recall input
Resets the position data for each channel.
Recalls the preset value when a preset value is set.
• Start, hold input
Returns to the current value (peak-to-peak value = 0) for each channel when the peak hold
function is selected.
Holds the current value display when set to hold mode by the initial settings.
• Alarm output
Outputs an alarm when an alarm status occurs for any channel. (OFF)
• Comparator value switching input
Switches between three sets of comparator values.
• Mode switching input
Switches between the current, maximum, minimum or peak-to-peak value.
Selectable from 0.0005 mm, 0.001 mm, 0.005 mm and 0.01 mm
