2. Summary

The LZ60-P1/P2 counter board is an expansion board designed for connection to the
LT100 display unit. This board inputs and outputs signals such as the measuring probe
input and Go/No Go comparison output.
The LZ60-P1/P2 is designed for use with DG and DL series measuring probes with mini
DIN type connectors and the DT12 (MT10 detector required).
This instruction manual describes only the counter board connection method and
specifications. See the LT100 instruction manual for an explanation of installing, operating
and the overall functions of the LT100.

2-1. Features

• Each board can input two measuring probe channels.
The two channels can also be added by setting the LT100 display unit.
• The following two types of counter board can be selected depending on the
I/O format:LZ60-P1: Output: – common, input: + common
All inputs and outputs for both types are insulated by photocouplers.
• Up to three sets of comparator upper limit and lower limit values can be stored in the
memory for Go/No Go comparison. The set is switched by an external terminal.
