USE
•
Use the hand blender to finely mix sauces, soups, purées, dietary and baby foods,
drinks or cocktails and to make mayonnaise.
•
If you want to mix directly in the container in which the food is made, remove
the container from the stove top. The blade must not become overheated.
•
Avoid splashing: Place the hand blender in the container first and then press
the switch. Hold down the switch during mixing. Release the switch when you
want to stop mixing.
•
Use the mixer a maximum of 1 minute continuously and then let it rest 3 minutes
before you use it again to minimise the risk of overheating the motor.
CARE AND CLEANING
•
Remove the plug from the electrical outlet and wait until the hand blender
has cooled completely.
•
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and then dry with a dry cloth.
•
Wipe off any food residues from the power cord.
•
Carefully clean the blade head with water and a dishbrush.
