Use

Tea Making
1. Release necessary length of the power card from the cable storage unit that is hidden under the
energy transmitting plate of your appliance and connect it to an earthed socket. The unit may
remain plugged even at turned off position when the appliance is not used.
2. Fill the boiler with water between the maximum and minimum limits depending on the amount
of tea you want to brew.
3. Place the boiler on the energy transmitting plate and plug it in
4. Open the lid of teapot and take off the tea filter.
5. Put enough tea in the filter, run it briefly under cold water and place the filter in the teapot.
6. Turn on/off bands and your boiling records.
7. The boiling mode led light will turn red and the water will start to heat up.
8. The water boils in 3-10 minutes according to the amount of water. Then, the keep warm function
activates to keep the water at a minimum boiling level to save energy. In this case, the blue led
lights will turn on.
9. Pour the boiling water over the tea and put the teapot back. If necessary, add water to the kettle.
If you add water, turn on the keep warm button again.

As a Kettle

Tea Machine can also be used in purpose of heating or boiling water in the kitchen as a kettle.
1. Just as in the tea making method, the boiler is filled with water and placed on the energy
transmitting plate.
2. The boiler is covered with Tea pot or lid which is provided as parts of the appliance.
3. Turn on the on/off button and the keep warm button.
4. The unit boils the water in a short time and keeps it warm.

Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance

• Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that it is unplugged and the appliance is cooled down
completely. Do not use hard or abrasive detergents to clean the appliance.
• Wash the tea strainer, teapot and lid by hand below the flowing water.
• Discharge the water in the kettle and wipe with a dry or damp cloth. Rinse the inside of the kettle
with water. Do not wash the kettle body and the energy base by immersing them in water.

Descaling

If the appliance turns off automatically before reaching the boiling point, it is a sign that it should be
descaled. Please add 1/3 vinegar, one teaspoon lemon salt, 2/3 water mixture into the kettle. Pour
after boiling 2 or 3 times. After performing the descaling process, boil the appliance 1-2 times with
clean water. Then drain away the boiling water. We recommend that the appliance is cleaned regularly.

Storage

If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long while, store carefully. Ensure that the appliance is
unplugged, cooled down and completely dry. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place. Wrap the cable
of the appliance on the cable wrapping place below the power transmission base unit. Ensure that the
appliance is kept out of reach of children.
